Church of the Month

Many churches have reached out and asked how they can further support us. One way is through Hope Rising’s Church of the Month initiative. We’re looking for 48 supporting churches to pick one of our 4 centers and a month that they’d like to bless that Center. We have center locations in Kettering, Huber Heights, Xenia, and North Dayton.

This can be a one-time or annual commitment, as the Lord leads.

During that designated month, the church can serve a Hope Rising Center in the following ways:

Pray for Hope Rising daily.
Perform a “Prayer Walk” in the center once during the month. We will ask you to contact the Center Director to schedule a time outside of our regular office hours to tour the center and pray for clients, volunteers, staff, and ministries.
Provide snacks for our volunteers and staff: bottled water, soft drinks, individually packaged snacks (granola bars, rice crispy treats, small chip bags, candy bars, trail mix bags, etc.)
Host an event at your church: Baby Shower, Diaper Drive, Toddler Clothing Drive, Baby Bottle Boomerang Fundraiser (see our Wish List for items we currently nee

Volunteer your time and talents to provide staff and client support.
Become a financial partner to help save lives now and for eternity.
Serve as a liaison to keep your church informed about our services and major events.
